Security firm McAfee has revealed one of the largest cyber attack. A report has been released by the security giant named: Operation Shady RAT. Analysis of these attacks have been done by Dmitri Alperovitch, VP Threat Research,McAfee. Mr. Dmitri believes that every company, regardless of industry, with valuable intellectual property, has been compromised or will be in the future. The use of RAT and trojan has been noticed in many of the cyber attacks. Speculation have been made that China may be behind the attacks. China factor may have come forward as most of the organizations compromised had no link or presence in China. Though China have been denying the allegations from a long time and claims itself to be a victim of cyber attacks like other nations. Well the observations can be many, lest see what proves to be the truth ! You can read the report here.
